Ban cross-sex hormones for under-18s and gender surgery for under-25s
Supports the existing ban on puberty blockers for children with 'sex-related distress' and would extend it to ban prescribing cross-sex hormones to adolescents under 18 and restrict masculinisation or feminisation surgery to those over 25.
Repeal sex self-ID and remove 'gender identity' from legislation
Its legislative agenda includes repealing sex self-identification, removing 'gender identity' from legislation, opposing 'gender identity' as a protected ground in the Human Rights Act, and protecting single-sex spaces such as toilets, changing rooms, prisons and refuges.
Replace the Prostitution Reform Act with the Nordic model
Would replace the Prostitution Reform Act 2003 with the 'Equality' or Nordic model, which decriminalises people selling sex but criminalises buyers and brothel owners, alongside exit services for women leaving prostitution. It opposes removing the ban on temporary visa holders doing sex work.
Extend paid maternity leave to 12 months and reform Working for Families

Its wider policy also calls for pay equity measures including reinstating Fair Pay Agreements.
