Legalise R18 cannabis with home growing
What it actually does
Would repeal the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975 and legalise cannabis for adults (R18), including growing your own and affordable medicinal access. Its policy proposes regulated R18 cannabis sales like alcohol and tobacco but with no promotion, and a minimum five-plant-per-household home-grow model (listed as under discussion).
